This Diamond certification enables you to become a Certified Business Analysis Practitioner. It is project focused and teaches you how to work as a Business Analyst on a real-world Project.
This project can be shown in your resume as a project you worked on as Business Analyst, this will increase your chances of being shortlisted in interviews.
Students work on two Capstone Hybrid project from investment banking domain where they learn how to gather domain knowledge using AI, create FRD, Process models, product strategy, roadmap and backlog.
Project 1-Investment Bank Project: You will work on an Investment Banking -Compliance Capstone Project and learn to conduct a Business Need Assessment, Gap Analysis, create a solution, BRD, FRD, Process flow diagrams, use cases. You will conduct Requirement Gathering with SME. Learn to use AI tools to speed up your Business Analysis work.
Project 2– Insurance Project: This will be a scrum project, where you will work on an Insurance project and will conduct Backlog refinement, sprint planning meetings and provide a Sprint review walkthrough. You will learn to create Epics, User Stories, acceptance criteria. You will use Planning Poker estimation technique to estimate for user stories and conduct Sprint Retro.
This includes complete practical implementation…no theory.
Activities: LIVE requirement gathering session with Product Owner, Sprint planning, Product Backlog meetings with coach, UML diagramming, Brainstorming
Tools: SQL, Tableau, Balsamiq, Advanced Excel, JIRA, confluence, Proto.io, Visual Paradigm, Visio you will be using all of these in the project.
Artificial Intelligence Tools which will help you automate business analysis tasks and reduce the time consumed.
Job Assistance: Interview Preparation and Resume restructuring will be provided to all students. You will be added to our VIP Mastermind group of experts, you can get job referrals and project guidance from this group.
