CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

ONLINE VIRTUAL TRAINING

A) If a student attends one or more class and then asks for a refund there will be NO Refund. We provide access to all our videos, LMS, and Templates two days before the training program. Refund of fees is not allowed after that.

We normally do not allow admissions after start of training. 

A student  is liable to complete the training in the batch allocated.

Refund is NOT granted based on any personal grounds or sickness. We can reallocate you next batch in such cases.

If a student misses some sessions, they are expected to cover it up by watching recordings of sessions.

If a students asks for a reschedule before start of training, it will be considered and he can chose the next available batch.

B) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY CANDIDATES

Cancellation Requests received less than 48 hours to the training start date
– No Refund

– Reschedule at additional cost of USD 50 (India) / USD 100 (Rest of the World)

-Substitutions are allowed at no extra charges

Cancellation Requests received greater than 48 hours(2 days before start) to the training start date
– 50% Refund

– Reschedule at no cost

– Substitutions are allowed at no extra charges

C) CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY INTERACTIVE LEARNING SOLUTIONS
Interactive learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
Interactive learning is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class.
If cancellation has been made by the company then full credit to a future workshop will be offered.
